I got the magnesium spray from betteryou.com and started using it on my legs before bed. I’ll admit I’m already a bit biased toward simple, natural-feeling stuff like this, so I really wanted it to work. It did take a few nights, but my leg cramps have definitely eased up and I’ve been sleeping better too. Pleased with it overall.

Thankfully nothing had leaked, but it didn’t feel very well protected for delivery. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better condition. I’d probably consider ordering again, but they definitely need to improve the packaging.

Side note, I was reorganizing my kitchen cupboard the other day and realized I have way too many half-used vitamins in there, so it’s nice to actually find one I’ll keep using. I’ve tried a couple of the BetterYou sprays and they’re fine, like genuinely fine. Nothing bad happened, nothing felt off, and they’re easy enough to use, so I don’t really have any big complaints about the products themselves.

The thing is, for the price, I just don’t feel like they last that long. I used them daily and the bottles seemed to run out quickly, quicker than I expected anyway, and after a while it does start to feel a bit expensive.

I’m sure they’re great for some people, and maybe some people really notice the difference, but for me the value just isn’t quite there. I can find similar products for less, so I probably wouldn’t buy these again

It’s not terrible or anything, just not something I’d want to use every day. I think I’d like it more if the flavors were a bit milder.
